Beneath the Branches

Taken in the Rose Garden at the Huntington Library, 5/22/10.

One of my favorite shots of the day. I keep looking at it and thinking of those impossibly large gardens that accompany old mansions, like an area where a main character would encounter the "mysterious" type... a chase ensues, and the two would run all over the place. But I'm rambling now.
